C-40 Diamond Band Saw
The C-40 series is the latest bandsaw design from Gryphon Corporation, the company that invented the whole concept of cutting glass and stone with a band saw forty five years ago. This new saw's hallmarks are very fast cutting and the best reliability in the industry. This saw is used extensively for cutting stone, glass and bone. In industry, it has found use in cutting modern hard materials such as used in circuit boards.

C-40 Tall Diamond Band Saw
The C-40 Tall is a variation on our standard diamond band saw. By raising the motor and using a longer blade, we have increased the clearance to 4.5" as shown (an additional inch of clearance can be achieved by removing the upper guide). This saw was designed primarily in response to artists who wanted to cut bottles and other tall material, but for whom the regular C-40 did not offer enough clearance.

This Corrosion Resistant AquaSaw is designed for use with salt water and is generally used to cut corals. It is based upon the regular C-40, but has improvements designed to reduce maintenance when the saw is used in a corrosive environment, such as with salt water. Youtube has several videos posted by fragging clubs and private owners showing the saw in use (search for "Aquasaw").

This Corrosion Resistant AquaSaw is designed for use with salt water and is generally used to cut corals. It is based upon the regular C-40, but has improvements designed to reduce maintenance when the saw is used in a corrosive environment, such as with salt water. The Tall version of this saw adds about two inches of height to the saw, enabling the cutting of larger pieces. It uses a 42" stainless steel blade, and in all other respects is identical to the AquaSaw model C-40 CR.
